Rebekah commenced practice in Tasmania in August 2003 as a barrister and solicitor. After moving to Far North Queensland in 2006, she worked in a range of solicitor roles from Associate in a large firm in Cairns to Principal Solicitor at an Indigenous legal service. In 2014, Rebekah established her own firm and continued the very busy practice as a solicitor/advocate until she was called to the Bar in October 2021.

Over the 18 years as solicitor, Rebekah acted for parties, as well as being an active Independent Children’s Lawyer and Separate Representative (Child Protection matters).

Rebekah also accepts briefs both intrastate and interstate and is a visiting counsel in the Northern Territory with William Foster Chambers.
