Ben Moses

Before coming to the Bar, Ben was a senior litigator with the Commonwealth’s Criminal Assets Confiscation Taskforce. Ben also worked as an in-house solicitor within the Australian Federal Police (AFP), dealing predominantly in employment and civil litigation matters.

Prior to entering the law, Ben pursued a successful policing career in the AFP, achieving the rank of Sergeant. In this role, Ben developed an expertise in leading complex financial investigations, involving fraud and money laundering, as well as family law matters. Additionally, Ben completed a Bachelor of Social Science and worked for St Vincent De Paul in Adelaide before joining the AFP.

Ben has an interest in Dispute Resolution, having studied Mediation at Bond University.
